Support Statler's Road to Recovery

Hi, we’re Steve and Amy, and we’re reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for support during an incredibly difficult time.

On Sunday, April 6, 2025, our son Statler was involved in a terrible motorcycle accident. He was airlifted via Flight for Life to a hospital four hours away from our home in the San Luis Valley. Statler has already undergone two major surgeries, and the road ahead is long as he prepares to transition to a rehabilitation center for extensive therapy.

As parents, it’s impossible to fully describe the pain and helplessness we feel seeing our son go through this. We have been by his side every step of the way. Steve has had to take time off work to be with Statler, and while we are grateful to be there for him, the financial strain is becoming overwhelming.

We are asking for your support to help cover medical bills, travel expenses, rehabilitation costs, and lost wages as we continue to navigate this challenging journey. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a huge difference in helping us care for Statler and keep our family together during this time.
