Support Starla's Recovery from Fire Disaster

My name is April Bolowich, and this fundraiser is for my daughter Starla who had a condo fire three weeks after she moved in. The roll-around, portable AC in her kitchen malfunctioned and burst into flames at 2:45am on 06/27/2024. The condo will have to be completely gutted, the only things we were able to save were some clothes and her cat Lulu. She’s lost everything else, and Lulu had to stay at the vet in oxygen for two days, which is a huge bill she cannot afford, on top of replacing everything that she just bought.

She spent the last two months preparing the condo for move-in; buying furniture, dishes, silverware, kitchen appliances, ceiling fans, lights, decorations, and rugs, for her very first place. Now all that is burnt up. Plus, she still has to pay the mortgage, and do it without a roommate. The firemen saved her cat Lulu, so we are very grateful that Starla is unhurt, and her cat finally came home today, 6/29/24, and she’s on the path to healing, with vet follow up necessary.

For Starla, this is a financial disaster. She saved every penny to buy this place. Any help you can provide is appreciated very much.
