I am F.D. Robinson, the Creator of the Star-City Cinematic Universe ("SCU") and the Founder and CEO of Star-City Studios Entertainment Group Inc. is a character based universe and entertainment company (e.g. Marvel, DC, and Star Wars) that develops and produces original content: animated, television, feature film and video game releases based on Star-City characters.

Star-City Cinematic Universe (SCU)

Star-City Cinematic Universe - the Universe began in 2007 as a short Graphic Novel entitled “Galactic Force Orion,” written by F.D. Robinson. The Universe has since expanded to a timeline that begins in 3 million BCE, with numerous Alien civilizations, species and worlds – including a Temporal Time War, two Galactic Wars and one Intergalactic War – bringing us to the events of present day and beyond.

To meet the content demand of streaming services for high-end Episodic VFX and virtual production for feature films Star-City is focused on the deployment of LED volume stages, lidar mapping, virtual production, real-time and machine learning (A.I.), and motion capture - which are tech stack pipelines critical to the future of filmaking and visual effects in film and television production.

The Company is also focused on soundstage infrastructure, emerging technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR), and the creation of a studio production hub in Chicago.

The Formation of Star-City VFX

To meet the content demand of streaming services for high-end Episodic VFX and virtual production for feature films; the company is forming a new subsidiary: Star-City VFX - a cloud-based visual effects studios and rendered farm powered by AWS.

During fiscal year 2025, to finance the business operations and development of minimum viable products (MVPs) at Star-City Studios Entertainment Group Inc. and Star-City VFX, the Company will be seeking to raise $6 million dollars in venture capital pre-seed and seed funding as an early-stage hybrid tech-media startup holding company.

The Purpose of the GoFundMe fundraiser:

On the night of January 9, 2025, feeling unwell with swollen hands and feet, I went to the emergency room of Advocate Trinity Hosiptal where I was diagnosed with Influenza A1, Covid-19 and Pneumonia. After spending a week as a hospital patient, I recovered and was transferred to a rehabilitation center to recover from the Pneumonia and for rehab on my swollen hands and feet.

Upon completion of my Rehab, I need funding to lease a secure location: a Townhouse Single Dorm Room, where I can Work/Live to architect (design) and build the proof of concept for Star-City VFX, a cloud-based visual effect studios and render farm.

Star-City VFX is a subsidiary of the Star-City Studios Entertainment Group Inc., a hybrid tech-media startup holding company.

Use of Proceeds from the GoFundMe fundraiser:

Proceeds from GoFundMe fundraiser, will be used as follows:

1. To relaunch Star-City Studios Entertainment Group Inc. ("SCEG") and F.D. Robinson Enterprises LLC ("FDR").

2. to relaunch website: StarCityStudios.com.

3. to design and launch a Beta Fan Club website section and a new App: StarCityStudios.com: Star-City Universe Expanse Passport.

4. to design and build a proof of concept for Star-City VFX, a cloud-based visual effect studios and render farm. Star-City VFX is a subsidiary of the Star-City Studios Entertainment Group Inc., a hybrid tech-media startup holding company.

(i) to lease temporary housing for one year (e.g. a single dorm style room, $750 deposit and $750 monthly). Mr. Robinson is a certified AWS Solutions Architect Associate and will use the rental as a secure location - a place to work and stay, where he can design and build a proof of concept ("POC") for Star-City VFX, a cloud-based visual effects studio and render-farm powered by AWS.

(ii) Tech Stack: Other Software, Website and App development projects will include:

1. update and relaunch website: StarCityStudios.com.

2. design and launch a Beta Fan Club website section and a new App: StarCityStudios.com: Star-City Universe Expanse Passport. and

3. research and design of the eXpanse LED volume stage.

The proceeds from GoFundMe fundraiser will allow the company to move forward with a $500K - $1 Million pre-seed funding round in April 2025 and complete it as planned. This will be followed in Q4 2025, with a $5 Million seed funding round to launch "eXpanse", the company's virtual production division, and construct its first LED volume stage.

Star-City VFX will provide visual effects, virtual production, machine learning (ML) and generative AI services to feature films, high-end episodic streaming and TV series, and commercials. Targeting feature films in $20-$50 million budget range.

The year 2025 will mark the return of major Marvel and DC franchises to the box office; and will begin a key cycle film production and deal making ahead of union contract negotiations in 2026.
