Support Starbound's Journey to Nationals

To Members of the Community and Supporters of the Arts:

On April 11th, 2025, Longmont’s Dance Dimensions performing company, Starbound, will be performing in their annual Starbound Extravaganza at 7pm at Longmont High School. Starbound has been in existence for over 38 years. This program of highly dedicated and passionate dancers has competed and performed at the highest levels available, locally and nationally. The incredible performance of Starbound Extravaganza serves as an annual fundraiser to help defray the cost of Starbound's competition season. Starbound will be heading to Orlando, Florida this summer to compete in the Hollywood Vibe Nationals.

We are so proud of these young dancers and their efforts to support the art of dance, as well as becoming quality, responsible and compassionate young adults. Starbound loves to give back to their community and beyond. They have donated portions of their money earned from Starbound Extravaganza and competition winnings to causes such as the Longmont Flood, Longmont’s “Our Center”food drive, Dancer’s Against Cancer, and most recently, to the TeamIzzy Foundation that raises money to bring awareness and advocate for those impacted by childhood cancer.

Starbound has already had great success this competition season. Just last month they scored a PERFECT score at Showbiz competition with a piece choreographed by a Starbound Alumni - Hannah Weinmaster who is also a Rockette in NYC! These young artists are working so hard and they would love your support.
