Our friends and neighbors, Yuliana and Stan, are facing one of the hardest moments of their lives — and we're asking our community to help carry them through it.

Stan is a hardworking, devoted husband and father who has spent years quietly building a life in Brewster with his wife, Yuliana, and their daughter, Ariana. He's the kind of man who shows up for everyone else — the neighbor who lends a hand, the friend who never says no, the dad who makes his family feel safe. Now, for the first time, he needs us to show up for him.

Recently, Stan suffered a serious fall and broke both of his heels — calcaneus fractures on each foot. He was rushed to Cape Cod Hospital, and his care has since been transferred to Boston Medical Center. He's home now, waiting for the swelling to go down so doctors can perform the surgery he urgently needs. After that, a long and difficult recovery begins.

For Yuliana, Ariana, and Stan, the road ahead is overwhelming. Stan will be unable to work or even walk for many months. With no income coming in, the family is facing a frightening reality: a mortgage to pay, bills piling up, and a future full of uncertainty.
