Stacy Thomas is a wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend who brings people together with warmth and intention. She has spent her life gathering others, teaching, and leading in ways that bring out the best in people. Above all, she loves our family.
After fifteen years cancer-free, we were devastated to learn in June 2025 that Stacy’s breast cancer has metastasized extensively to her bones. The median survival rate for this stage of cancer is five years. Since then, Stacy has been undergoing ongoing treatment—including radiation, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy—to reduce pain and to prolong her time with us.
These treatments and the many related expenses extend well beyond what insurance covers. We have been deeply moved and sustained by the generosity of friends and family who have helped carry these costs and have surrounded us with care, joy, and comfort.
Over the past several years, Stacy has worked as an educational consultant. Given her current health and treatment plan, travel for work is no longer possible. We’re grateful she continues to offer her gifts locally on a very part-time basis when she’s able—both to support our family and to keep contributing to the educational community she loves.
Thank you for your continued support—through donations, words of encouragement, and by sharing this page. Each expression of care lightens our load and reminds us that we’re not walking this road alone.
Peace,
Seth Thomas
