I’m writing this for my wife, Stacy—the woman I love more than anything in this world.

She has been fighting stage 4 non-small cell lung cancer for the past 11 years. What started as something we never expected at such a young age has turned into a long, exhausting battle that our family has faced day in and day out.

Over the years, we’ve gone through multiple treatments. Unfortunately, prior treatments allowed the cancer to spread, including to her brain. Despite everything, Stacy has kept pushing forward with strength that most people couldn’t imagine.

A medication called Lorbrena has truly been a life-changing treatment for her. It has given her more time, more quality of life, and more moments with our family. For us, it’s nothing short of a miracle.

But now we’ve hit a wall.

After exhausting our financial options, this medication is no longer being covered the way it was before.

This medication costs over $14,000 a month before insurance, and even with insurance, my copay has been around $3,600. That’s not something I can keep up with.

Right now, I only have about 3 weeks of medication left.

We are doing everything we can, but we can’t do this alone.
