Support Stacy's Family: Urgent AC Replacement

Hi, everyone! My name is Stacy, although the FFXIV community knows me as LilRedAuriGirl (LRAG). My house has hit a point of emergency, and while I hate asking for help, I'm faced with no choice.

We live in Sacramento, California, and it is summer. As temperatures are soaring outside, we need air conditioning to survive. Unfortunately, our 12yo AC has decided to die on us and needs either repairing or replacing. We currently have next to no cool air in the house, and we are barely getting by with copious fans aimed directly at every person in the house during the day and night. In the household, there is myself, my younger sister Ash, our older sister, Chey, and our mother, Cheryl. Several of us have physical disabilities, all of which are exacerbated by the rising heat. Mom is turning 70 next year and fighting complications due to diabetes. We also have several cats in the household, including three older ones (ages 13+), who are also suffering in this temperature.

Our options for the AC include replacing several parts, or the whole unit. Given its age, we would be better served by replacing the entire unit. The goal this fundraiser is set at would cover either the entire cost of the repair (we hope) or at least half of the new unit. If you have even a few dollars to spare to help us survive the California summer and more to come, we would be incredibly grateful.
