On January 22nd, 2023, Rene Martinez and his family’s world changed forever when he was diagnosed with Stage 4 Kidney Cancer (Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma; MRCC). From that moment on, Rene fought with unwavering strength, courage, and faith. Through surgeries, treatments, and countless challenges, he never asked how long he had—only how he could fight. His warrior spirit and love for his family kept him going, inspiring everyone around him.

Rene was more than a fighter; he was a devoted husband, a loving family man, a dedicated friend, and a pillar in his community. He gave selflessly, always putting others first and positively impacting countless lives.

Now, as Rene has gone home to be with the Lord, his beloved wife, Stacy, is left not only to grieve the unimaginable loss of her husband but also to carry the financial burden of medical bills and funeral expenses.
