Support Stacie's Healing Journey to Kauai

In December 2022, Stacie was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. When found, it had already spread throughout her skeletal system. She has undergone extensive cancer treatment since that time. Recently, she received answers to prayers in that she is in remission from the neck down – no evidence of active disease. However, now there has been subtle progression to her brain. She has been diagnosed with leptomeningeal disease, but her oncologist believes it was found early and can be treated effectively with a new radiation called “Proton Radiation Therapy” which she will start this week with possible chemotherapy to follow.

Stacie has a wish as part of her healing journey. She fell in love with the Hawaiian Island of Kauai many years ago. It’s lush garden beauty testifies to Our Creator God and while she is out in nature soaking in all God’s beautiful creation, she can relax and soak in His Presence.

She would like to make this trip in December and carry along with her the most important, influential women in her life: her mother, her sister, her sister-in-law, her niece, and her 2 daughters. God has planted a vision in her heart and a sense of urgency to spend time with the women that she loves so deeply – pouring into and sharing faith stories, laughing, and building and encouraging one another – from the oldest to the youngest – a lasting legacy for generations to come.

This is a journey of healing and restoration. These 7 women will be renting a house so they can cook healthy meals, have space for Stacie to rest as needed, and have a large gathering space to share, play games, and enjoy each other’s company. They will also need airfare and a rental car.

God has given Stacie this vision for this time. Would you prayerfully consider being a part of what God is doing in the lives of these 7 women and in the lives of generations to come for the impact of the Kingdom of God – for His glory and our good pleasure?
