As many of you have probably seen on facebook or heard through the grapevine that Stacie Higgins is in need of a new liver. For many reasons UAB has chosen not to do the transplant. Stacie left this afternoon February 21, 2024 by medical airplane to Houston for testing and potential liver transplant. If they are able to do the transplant they will have to stay in Houston for atleast 6 months if not longer. Stacie’s husband Keith will be taking time off work to be with her during this time, as well as her children and parents. This page is to help with any medical bills or expenses that may arise with this. This family means a great deal to me and mine and any donation would be greatly appreciated!
