Hi, I'm Aleta, Stacia's sister. My sister could use some help right now. After battling liver disease for years, she has end-stage liver disease, where her liver has developed cancerous lesions. Her best chance for life is a transplant.

Waiting for a donor can take months, sometimes years. So having a living donor is ideal. A living donor is a hero. The hero that stepped up for Stacia was Chase, my sister's son-in-law. His generosity is more than commendable. His wife, my sister's daughter, Elaina, is 8 months pregnant. Chase couldn't imagine a world for their daughter without her Grammy. Chase is an Austin firefighter. He is a hero in so many ways!

Fortunately, they both have good health insurance. However, Stacia won't be able to work for several months post-surgery. These funds will help cover monthly expenses. It will also be used to pay for housing loved ones during the hospital stay. It will be used for deductibles and other incidental expenses that will occur.
