Stacey is my beautiful, strong "sister in spirit" and I love her with all my heart and soul! You would be challenged to find someone as strong and tough yet kind, generous, and compassionate as Stacey.
Unfortunately my heart breaks to say that Stacey is going through one of the worst challenges no one ever wants to face that has devastated and touched so many of our lives.
In December of 2023, Stacey was diagnosed with breast cancer with risk of spreading. Since her diagnosis, she has undergone and continues to undergo several MRIs, ultrasounds, scans, biopsies and treatments including aggressive chemotherapy and autoimmune therapy. She has been hospitalized multiple times and travels all over Northern CA to see varying doctors, surgeons, and specialists. On 9/4, Stacey will be undergoing her first surgery, with multiple surgeries to follow, and continuing to battle during a long road to recovery. She has had several trips to Stanford and several more to come. On top of the overwhelming medical battles Stacey has and will face; limited insurance coverage and unanticipated, significant costs are adding a heavy toll to already overwhelming and devastating circumstances. Stacey has been out of work for almost 8 months and is responsible for the full cost of insurance premiums.
This is where you can help. Please consider donating any amount you are able so Stacey's sole focus can be on her health and continuing to fight this battle and not on how to pay for these necessary treatments and make ends meet. The last thing this beautiful soul and her family should have to worry about is how bills related to medical care will be dealt with or worse, to have to forego necessary treatments.
Donations will be used in the following ways:
• Medical and treatment related expenses
• Lodging and food during treatment
• Transportation to and from medical treatments
• Uncovered portions of insurance and insurance premiums
Please consider donating to help Stacey kick cancer in the you know what! Stacey needs all of our love, prayers and healing energy-it truly takes a village! Please share and repost this on any social media accounts as well.
