My name is Lashanda Brown and I’m reaching out asking for help for my husband, Stacey Brown, and me. My husband is currently in need of a heart transplant. Once he’s transplanted, we will have to take residence near the hospital here in Florida. The rent per month, not including transportation, food, and the medicine he will have to take for rejection, will be $4000 a month.

We’re expected to stay anywhere between 6 to 8 months, possibly a year. We have our mothers and a daughter who also look to us for support back home. So, I’m asking if you could please find it in your heart to help me with my husband by helping us to maintain and survive our stay here while taking care of our families at home while he goes through this process of a second chance at life.
