Support Stability: Keep a Home Amidst Crisis

During Covid a friend moved and bought a beautiful house with an ex-partner, for about a year they worked on setting this 100 year old beautiful house with hope to create a loving home they could share. Shortly after a year, things got shaky and emotionally unhealthy, and he moved out to try and sort things out with her from afar. Three months later, he met someone, never came back and left her with the house full of his stuff to move out , and a lot of unpaid bills that were in his name. Three years she has tried to solve this with him offering to buy him out while solely paying for the mortgage and all repairs and bills on her own. He has now chosen to try and take the house she has been paying for for three years away from her in court. Their is now a very expensive Legal battle to settle it. She loves her house; it has brought her stability and comfort over the past three years in a very traumatic situation she never saw herself getting into, and she put alot of love and heart in to her home to transform it into a revived place of good energy, despite the battle.

She is spent emotionally and physically after having this on her plate for three years. She has offered him money, and he keeps asking for larger sums. Now She has legal fees due, many bills, and a large sum of money she needs to pay him to remove his name from the loan. My friend also lives in a city where She takes care of elderly parents and needs to be local at the moment to help with their care, and needs this place to live to keep her mentally sane, and happy. Being a person that is freelance in the entertainment and art world in an industry thats hurting in this current climate she can't afford all the legal fees for this battle so I'm asking for you to help in any small amount possible, and little bit helps.
