Dear friends and family, (and some who I may not know),

My name is Stephanie, my older brother Thomas Carter, was brutally murdered on October 25th, 2025.

Tommy was selfless and there is not much that he would want to be done in his memory, yet my heart and soul simply could not allow for that.

Tom found a home within the St.Marks Lutheran Church and would frequent the soup kitchen that is maintained by them.

The soup kitchen provides meals to many, including my brother.

Tom would not only receive a meal, he also made many friends and provided his helping hands with preparing and helping behind the scenes of St.Marks soup kitchen.

This fundraiser is being created in loving memory of my brother “Tommy”, and this is something that I know he would indeed support of me doing.

We are asking for donations to support the soup kitchen at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, which lives out its mission by embracing everyone with open arms.

Any amount contributed will help continue this vital work and serve the Charlotte community of those in need.
