My name is E.Y., and I have an incredible, grumpy, adorable, anti-social two-year-old cat named Squid who I love very much. She was found living outside and I took her in when she was a tiny baby.
At the beginning of October, I discovered a large lump on her right hind leg. This lump turned out to be an injection-site sarcoma, a rare and aggressive tumor that forms around vaccine sites and spreads quickly. She will need to have the affected leg amputated for the best chance of survival.
As it stands right now, the vets at Luck's Lane have estimated that this will cost between $2784.80 and $3249.65. Anything helps - I love this small rude lady and if I have to wipe out my savings to get her healthy, I will. That being said, it would be really nice if I didn't have to wipe out my savings. Anything helps, even if it's just a kind word.
If you aren't able to donate, thank you so much for spreading the word and sending a good thought her way.
