Hello anybody reading this,

Yesterday my baby boy, Spunky, lost function in his back legs. The vet discovered the pain was stemming from his lower back, possibly a slipped disc, a very common issue in French Bulldogs (IVDD). She urged me to take him to a neurologist as soon as possible in his current state as he most likely needs immediate surgery.

Unfortunately, I am at my financial limit, and I truly don't know what else to do at this point. He is currently on pain meds and crate rest, but the vet is still urging me to take him to the ER.

I just want the best for my boy. He's my best friend, my entire world, and only five years old. He has so much life left, I know it.

So please, share with whoever you can. Any help right now would be greatly appreciated.
