Support Spikey’s Family Reunion at Graduation

If you can donate a dollar, it will help!  Don’t let Spikey graduate alone!!!

I’m trying to help two young adults (I call them kids, 23 and 20) see one another at her Air Force Basic graduation in Lackland Air Force Base in Texas before she leaves for AIT for a few months to a year, we’re not sure how long yet… Despite all the things have happened, she has succeeded when others thought she would fail!!! We don’t want her alone graduating without family!

Spikey(Piper) Gossett is graduating from Air Force Basic next week and her husband would love to be able to see her graduate. Unfortunately, his funds are limited as he’s been trying to keep everything going on one income while she’s been at Basic. I was just informed last night that he’s been melancholy because she’s graduating next week and the arrangements they had made before she left have fallen through…, so we are trying to raise funds to get him from Indiana to Texas and back…. I can arrange the vehicle if anyone can arrange the gas!!!

UPDATE: Nico says he can take a plan and sleep on the streets if he has to to see her next week!  Please help!!!!  This is a true love story, they compliment each other!!!

A little back story…, Spikey(Piper), who was also a manager at Indy Scream Park, lost her regular job a little over a year ago and then they lost their apartment, she got behind on bills, she got a new regular job, worked two jobs while she was working at Indy Scream Park and got all of her bills caught up! Nico (Hunter) got his high school diploma and was going to enter the Marines and she the Air Force.

Due to some issues Hunter was having, he had some issues at MEPS. Spikey, on the other hand, worked out for months before she knew she would leave to get ready for Basic Training…. On her first ship date, she was sent home from MEPS because she needed to have the gauges in her ears repaired before she could leave which was a discrepancy between when she went to MEPS the first time to register and what her recruiter told her…. She immediately went out, got in contact with an ENT and had her ears repaired. She left May 19th, 2025 and is now about to graduate. They discussed their future for a long time, finally got married earlier this year and have worked really hard so they could have a future and be together.

We would really appreciate it if anyone could donate! We have to come up with funds fast because we have to drive 18 hours there… Also, he already has his pass for her graduation if anyone wants to know!!!
