Help Spencer Fight Myeloid Sarcoma -

Hi, my name is Raven Lamp, and I’m raising funds for my dear friend Spencer Blanchfield.

On April 11th, Spencer was rushed to the hospital with severe stomach pain. What was expected to be a simple surgery turned into an emergency — he needed a life-saving operation to remove 20% of his colon. During surgery, he suffered major blood loss and required a 13-hour surgery and massive blood transfusions, turning what was supposed to be a 2-hour procedure into a fight for his life.

Initially, doctors believed he might have colon cancer, then lymphoma. Spencer stayed strong and positive through every hard diagnosis. But on April 23rd, while I was visiting him, the oncologist came in with devastating news: Spencer has Myeloid Sarcoma.

Myeloid Sarcoma is a rare and aggressive cancer (form of leukemia) where tumors made up of immature white blood cells form outside the bone marrow. It requires immediate and intensive treatment. Spencer has been transferred to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV, to undergo a 30-day aggressive inpatient treatment to save his life.

Spencer is a young 30-year-old who was healthy & active. He has his whole future ahead of him, with dreams of raising his beautiful daughter and building a life with his family. This unexpected diagnosis has turned his world upside down, but with your support, he’s determined to fight and reclaim the future he deserves.

Spencer has no health insurance or life insurance. We are raising funds to help cover his growing medical bills, living expenses, and to support his family during this difficult time.

Despite everything, Spencer is in high spirits and determined to beat this so he can live a long, healthy life with his beautiful daughter, Layla (soon to be 2 years old), and his loving girlfriend, Aniya.
