Hello all!

We are setting up this GoFundMe to raise funds for our good friend Spencer.

As you may or may not be aware (surprise!) Spencer found out on Friday, February 13th that he has a brain tumor in his left frontal lobe. He’s named it Philip, is in good spirits, has a fantastic support system, and is geeking out over all of the medical imaging he’s had done and will continue to receive at NYU Langone.

On April Fool’s Day, Spencer will be having Philip removed (no joke), and future treatment steps will be decided once pathology comes back with a formal diagnosis and he begins his recovery.

This GoFundMe will serve as a vehicle for those near and far to show their support if desired, though not expected. Any funds donated will be used for medical expenses incurred due to surgery, postoperative care, and rehabilitation. Aside from financial support, we are all grateful for your continued positive thoughts in supporting Spencer through this saga. Join us in hoping for a successful Philip eviction, a speedy recovery, and more stable times to come!
