I’m Adam Berg, an 18-year-old athlete from Minnesota who has spent the last year training to complete my first Ironman Triathlon — a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride, and 26.2-mile run — to raise money for the Special Olympics. I’ve been deeply inspired by the strength, joy, and determination of Special Olympics athletes, and I’m dedicating every mile of this race to them. 100% of the proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly to the Special Olympics to help provide training, equipment, and opportunities for athletes with disabilities in Minnesota and beyond. I’m one of the youngest competitors in the race, and your support helps fuel both my journey and the amazing athletes this cause supports.
