My name is Mark Bailey. I have been helping the Afghan refugees in the Sacramento area since I retired 4 years ago. Many of them have become like family and this is one of them. This young father dedicated a number of years saving the lives of many of our wounded Special Forces soldiers in Afghanistan. He doesn't want to let his medical training go to waste and is studying to pass the state medical exam so he can qualify to redo the required residency.
