The Sparta Cyclones are a close-knit group of boys who have been playing baseball together since many were just 8 years old. Over the last fouryears, they’ve grown into dedicated teammates, fierce competitors, and loyal friends — always giving their all on and off the field.
Now, as 12 year olds, they have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to represent Sparta at the Cooperstown All Star Village Tournament in August 2026 — a week-long baseball experience held in Cooperstown, New York, the birthplace of baseball.
At Cooperstown, the Cyclones will get the chance to:
⚾ Compete with teams from across the country
⚾ Live together as teammates for a week
⚾ Trade team pins and build lasting friendships with players across the country
⚾ Visit the National Baseball Hall of Fame
⚾ Create lifelong memories of teamwork, fun, and baseball
This dream tournament comes with significant expenses — including travel, lodging, meals, uniforms, tournament fees, and other costs. The team’s fundraising goal is $15,000, and every dollar raised will help cover the costs so that every player can take part in this unforgettable experience.
The boys are already working hard to raise funds through local events and sponsorships, but they can’t do it alone.
As this team's head coach, I am proud to help share their story and rally support for this incredible group of young athletes.
Please consider donating to help the Sparta Cyclones make their Cooperstown dreams come true! Every contribution, big or small, makes a real difference.
Thank you for supporting youth baseball and helping our local players experience a moment they’ll never forget!
