Last month, while on vacation in Jamaica, we got caught up in Melissa, a category 5 hurricane. There was devastation everywhere: loss of lives, homes, no water, food, or electricity. Fortunately, for our area in South Manchester, there were no fatalities. However, a few people lost their roofs, but the farmers suffered greatly, losing livestock and crops, which is their main source of income.

As members of the community, we are doing this GoFundMe to help them with replacing livestock, seeds, and fertilizer to give them a fresh start. Your donation, whether great or small, will be greatly appreciated. All disbursements to these farmers will be documented, and donors will receive a list of how the money was disbursed. Your attention to this worthy cause is highly appreciated.
