Hi, I’m Shelley Cooper, and I’m reaching out to you with a heartfelt request to support the Environmental Science Classes of South High School (123 students) raise funds for an end of the year field trip to Prince William Sound.

We will be taking a GLACIER CRUISE out of Whittier. South High PTSO has generously funded our transportation costs AND Phillips Glacier Cruises has worked with us to cut our costs by half, but it is still a HUGE trip and it is a lot to ask of some of our families. Many of my students have NEVER been on a boat, let alone up close with a glacier.

The PTSO has plays a vital role in enriching the educational experience of our students and fostering a strong sense of community. Every donation we receive helps to ensure that our children thrive in a supportive environment.
