As many of you know, Sorrel began on a path to learning Kuk Sool Won in early 2023. This martial art quickly became the thing she loves to do, the thing that soothes her, focuses her, and strengthens her body and spirit. Sorrel's determination, drive, skill and precision are all so admirable--especially for a nine-year-old!

Because Sorrel has moved through the ranks and belts fairly quickly, she is starting to get ready to test for her black belt in May. This testing is a three-year process with four tests each year. It is a long process, but one for which she is ready.

As her tests begin in May, we will also need to pay for her three years of testing fees up front, and we will also need to pay for some training "weapons," her new competition uniform, and new sparring gear. With that in mind, we are reaching out to Sorrel's fan base for a bit of help working toward this goal.
