This is Princess Sophia! She is 9 years young and filled with infinite puppy love and excitement. She is such a big part of our lives and has brought so much joy and smiles to everyone she’s met.

We recently discovered a mass on her hip that was identified as a Mast Cell Tumor (MCT). This is a form of cancer that, if caught early, can be cured with surgery and clear margins, though is known to progress and spread quickly.

We have performed tests and imaging to confirm that the tumor has not spread anywhere else, as far as we can see. The veterinarian is confident that with successful surgery, she is expected to be healthy for many years to come!

The expected surgical and initial treatment costs are $1,500.

We know it’s the Holiday season and many are tight on funds. If you are in a secure position to help, any contribution toward this would be greatly appreciated. We are set on getting Sophia this treatment however we can, though the financial help is welcome and we’d be very grateful.
