Support Sophia's Queer Freshman Thesis Film!

Hello! My name is Sophia Cuva and I am a queer filmmaker currently enrolled in the Film BFA program at SUNY Purchase. This spring I am fundraising for my freshman thesis film titled, "Remembrance". This film follows 45 year old Darren on a solo hiking trip!

Brief Synopsis: Darren goes on a annual solo hiking trip to commemorate someone from his past. When he loses his map along the trail, he must use memories from his teenage years to find his way to the end point of the trail. The memories he must rely on are of moments he spent on this trail with his first love, Steven.

In order to bring my visions to life for this project I am aiming to raise $600.

What will this money go towards you ask?

Any donations will strictly be used for feeding my cast and crew, props, costumes, hair and makeup, and anything else regarding the pre-production process.

This project means a lot to me considering the fact that it will be my first big solo project. Any donations are very much appreciated! Any named donations will also be receiving a credit at the end of the film!
