Support Sophia to become a top international tennis player

Hello and thank you for reading my story! My name is Sophia Budacsek and I am a competitive junior tennis player from Wilmette, Illinois. I started playing tennis at the age of 3 with my dad who is also my coach.

I fell in love with tennis instantly and have been training on and off the court rigorously daily ever since. My dream is to win grand slams and become number 1 in the world.

I am currently ranked #1 in Chicago, #3 in the Midwest and #14 in the U.S. in Girls 16s. I am currently ranked #4 in Chicago, #17 in the Midwest, and #105 in the U.S. in Girls 18s.

A year ago, I started traveling internationally to compete on the junior ITF tour. I am currently ranked #312 in the world. I have won 2 junior ITF titles in singles and 6 titles in doubles. I spend approximately half of the year on the road competing mostly in international tournaments and train the rest of the year.

My short term goal is to become a top ranked ITF player, compete in junior grand slam tournaments and become a junior champion. My long term goal is to turn pro and become a grand slam champion on the WTA Tour.
