My name is Leeann Tran. On September 8, 2025, our strong and joyful daughter Sophia passed away at the age of 18. She was born on February 20, 2007, and diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot early in life. Despite the challenges, she lived with immense happiness and strength. She touched so many lives with her spirit.
