Support Sophia's Fight Against Leukemia

She is the happiest, brightest, sassiest little girl and truly loves life itself. Sophia was just diagnosed with AML (Acute myeloid leukemia). She has checked into Golisano’s Children’s Hospital for a very extensive and aggressive treatment and will remain there for at least 6 months. Greg and Shannon, both full-time employees, will have to go on leave and no longer work to accommodate Sophia.

Because she is so immune compromised during this time Shannon will stay with Sophia indefinitely and Greg will stay home with their 2 month old son, Anthony, until Sophia is well enough for outside visitor’s. This diagnosis has really put Shannon in a hard place mentally between getting over postpartum depression and anxiety, still having a precious newborn at home that she doesn’t get to see or snuggle, and having bills that still need to be paid because life doesn't stop.

We are hoping to raise enough funds to alleviate some of the financial stress that’s to come. Every dollar counts and together we can come together to help Sophia and her family get through the next 6 months. At this point we are praying for miracles and healing for this family.
