I’m currently taking my first real steps toward building something I’ve dreamed about for a long time, a properly structured, responsible animal rescue, with the long-term goal of becoming a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
Right now, I’m not focused on anything big or polished. I’m focused on the foundation: making sure that when animals come into my care, I can actually say yes to them and provide the basic medical support they need to stay safe, comfortable, and stable.
This fundraiser is helping me build that foundation from the ground up.
Funds will go directly toward essential veterinary care and supplies like FVRCP vaccines, intake and wellness exams, sick visits for common but serious issues like upper respiratory infections, basic medications, flea and tick prevention, and any other urgent medical needs that come up during fostering and intake. Having even basic medical resources available can be the difference between suffering and recovery, between delay and treatment, between loss and a second chance.
The current goal is $700, not for something abstract, but for the very real, very practical starting point of building a small system of care I can grow responsibly over time. Every donation goes directly toward helping vulnerable cats and kittens get the medical attention they need when they need it.
If you can’t donate, sharing this fundraiser truly matters more than you know. It helps me reach people I could never reach on my own.
Thank you for helping me take these first steps toward building something I hope will grow into a long-term, community-supported rescue rooted in care, responsibility, and consistency.
