I’m currently taking the first serious steps toward building a responsible, transparent animal rescue, with the long-term goal of becoming a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Right now, my focus isn’t on growth, it’s on creating a solid foundation so that when vulnerable cats and kittens need help, I can provide safe, consistent care instead of turning them away.
This fundraiser helps cover the real costs of fostering and rescue work, including essential veterinary care, preventative care, medications, vaccines, parasite treatment and prevention, wellness exams, sick visits, intake supplies, and other necessary items that directly support the health, safety, and wellbeing of cats in my care. Funds may also help cover urgent or unexpected rescue-related needs that arise during fostering and intake.
My goal is transparency and responsible use of every donation. Rescue expenses can vary from medical treatment to basic care supplies needed to safely house, monitor, and support animals while they recover or wait for permanent homes. I keep records of expenses and aim to provide updates so supporters can see how donations are making an impact.
The updated goal of $1,000 is not for anything abstract, it’s to help build a small but reliable system of care that can grow responsibly over time. Having resources available, even for routine needs, can mean earlier treatment, safer housing, better recovery, and more lives helped.
Every donation directly supports cats and kittens receiving care. If donating isn’t possible, sharing this fundraiser helps more than you know.
Thank you for helping me build something rooted in compassion, accountability, and long-term sustainability.
