Support Sophia Kendall’s Recovery

On Christmas Day 2021 Isaiah and Kaylee were blessed with a beautiful daughter. Baby Sophia was a gift that needed some extra time in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit before coming home. She has gotten stronger each day and is now preparing for upcoming surgeries. Her parents are hopeful that Sophia will be discharged by March 2022, but this will be followed by years of Physical Therapy and Doctor appointments.

Initially support for the young couple has come from family and the Ronald McDonald House. However, time away from work and the cost of commuting about 90 miles round-trip has taken a toll on their vehicles and finances. Kaylee plans to leave her current job and transition to being a full-time mom. This will allow for flexibility to get Sophia consistent, quality long-term care.

Isaiah is a Senior Airman in the USAF Reserve who recently returned from deployment. This Go-Fund-Me was established by the members of his squadron as a method to provide support and show our love to the newest member of the RRATS family. However, it is open to anyone willing help us to achieve the goal that Kaylee and Isaiah have established. Alternatively, please make a donation to a Ronald McDonald House charity.
