Hello everyone! I really hate to ask any of you for assistance, but with heavy hearts; we lost our matriarch last night, Sonya Webb (my mother). Due to her untimely departure, we were unable to obtain life insurance because of her pre-existing conditions. Life insurance premiums were too expensive to afford, considering her age, along with Stomach Cancer. My mother is currently in New York, and the family would really like to bring her home to Wilson, NC to lay her to rest amongst her family and friends.

This journey has been very challenging, but I know that when I am weak, God will continue to provide my family and I strength. My mothers leave behind her beautiful 6 children, 14 grandchildren and 1 grandchild. Our mother was so full of life, and even on her worse days, she would still be encouraged.

It's not always easy to ask for assistance, but the scripture says, "Matthew 7:7 "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you." I am asking each of you personally, if you could please assist us in raising monies to assist in preparation to bring her back to North Carolina, and funeral arrangements.

Even the smallest gift towards the cause can make a huge impact.
