Support Sonya Jennings' Transplant Journey

Hello everyone. My name is Sonya Jennings, and as some of you know I was diagnosed with ESRD (end stage renal disease) in August 2021, and have been on dialysis since then.I am on the transplant list and have found a live donor. The transplant will be done in San Antonio. I will have to remain in San Antonio for two weeks after being released from the hospital. I have to provide this on my own. I am asking for any assistance that can be provided. Nothing is too small. It will assist with travel expenses, lodging, food, and whatever medical supplies that are needed.
