Hi, my name is Lindsey. I’m asking for donations for my sister, Sonya Berogan. She was diagnosed with breast cancer and has been unable to work her two jobs to support her and her family. I'm starting this GoFundMe page to help her with her financial stress as she starts and continues treatment. In July of 2024 sonya found a lump in her left breast. They order a mammogram at that time. Not much was seen so they did a follow up 6 months later. In feb of 2025 the mass seemed to have increased quite quickly so she underwent an Ultrasound, Pet Scan, MRI, and a Biopsy it came back postive for cancer. On March 5 Sonya underwent left side mastectomy where they also found it in her lymph nodes. She is currently waiting to heal before she can start treatment but her. Prognosis continues to progress.
