Hi everyone,

This is David Phipps. As many of you know, my dad and stepmom, Sonny and Kathy Phipps, live in Black Mountain, NC, and this past week, Black Mountain, Asheville, and many surrounding areas were devastated by Hurricane Helene.

Sonny and Kathy, thankfully, came out of everything unscathed and with their home still standing. However, the aftermath of the storm has forced them to relocate for an indefinite amount of time (weeks or months).

With that said, they are in need of some financial assistance as they figure out the next steps, and have to pay for unforeseen issues that arise.

Many of you have generously asked how you can help or where you can send money, so I've created this space for people to contribute!

All of this money will go to Sonny and Kathy, and once I have a better understanding of overall need, anything over our goal will go to other relief efforts,
