As a single mom, I am the sole support for my 10 year old. I am reaching out to ask for financial support over the next 84 days.

In December, I unexpectedly lost my job after dedicating 20 years to the field of early childhood education. I was able to work part time as a substitute teacher in February and March. As of mid-April, I am working as a cashier with Chick-Fil-A! I am *so* grateful to be earning a consistent wage again!

I have accepted a teaching position with an *AMAZING* school for the 2026/2027 school year which starts in August and will provide financial stability for my family!! However, until my new job starts in August, my family is still vulnerable.

We have been accepted into a short term housing program for single moms & their children! This is a wonderful *BLESSING*! I was not able to make our rent on my current wage as a cashier. Now I can focus on saving up for the first month's rent & security deposit on an apartment when we transition out of the single mom's housing program.
