Family and friends, recently, my mother suffered an accident while traveling in Mexico. I was fortunate enough to spend the last 2 weeks by her side until she passed. It’s been an overwhelming weight of emotions and heaviness I’ve been feeling. I never would have imagined that just a year after my dad passed, I would be experiencing this unimaginable pain all over again.

It’s difficult to let go of my loving mother. She was the best mother anyone could ask for. A remarkable woman, kind, sweet, loving and she was my best friend.

While in Mexico, I’ve spent thousands covering her medical expenses as her insurance did not cover out there. And while I’m not asking for help to recover that, I do want to bring my mom back home to lay her to rest next to my dad. Medical expenses, traveling expenses between hospitals have skyrocketed and I’m kindly asking those who can and are willing to donate any small amount towards that would be greatly appreciated.
