Help contribute to Sondra Cox's Memorial Service

Hi! My name is Audra Waitkins and this fundraiser is for my mother Sondra Cox. My family and I need help to pay for a viewing, a memorial service and finally cremation. She passed away this past Friday morning : June 7th at 10:08 am, unexpectedly and rapidly; due to the treatment for her recently diagnosed colitis failing. It took her out within three days of taking the antibiotics. We are grateful she hung in there until my gramma and I flew out to say our goodbyes. I was holding her hand when she flatlined only a few hours later.

My only reason for chosing to reaching out to every one via GoFundMe is in our desperate attempt to raise funds for my mother is because; unfortunately: not only was my mom was homeless at the time but none of the family was prepared let alone have anywhere near the funds that are necessary to provide services for her. So we graciously ask for assistance from friends, family, and loved ones.

Your generous donations so far are definately bringing us closer to our goals! We were able to book a service date for June 21st ,2024 at Eaton Family Funeral home in Modesto, California ; viewing is between 4pm and 8pm. My son Nazim will conduct a service from 5-6 pm. Everyone is invited to come pay their respects and help us get closure. We still aim to reach our fundraiser goal to pay for everything but your help made it possible to get the ball rolling! We just want to provide proper closure for those who desire and are in need of it.
