My name is Somaya Rahmani, and I am from Afghanistan. I am currently studying at the Asian University for Women (AUW) in Bangladesh, pursuing my undergraduate degree with a focus on leadership and development.

I am deeply honored to share that I have been selected to participate in the Youth Global Forum 2026, which will take place in Madrid, Spain, in January 2026.

This international forum gathers young leaders from around the world to discuss youth empowerment, innovation, and sustainable development.

I am truly excited for the chance to represent Afghan women and girls on this important global platform.

Unfortunately, as a student, I am facing financial challenges in covering travel expenses, visa fees, and accommodation costs.

Additionally, due to banking restrictions in Bangladesh, I am unable to receive international transfers through my student account. Therefore, a trusted person’s account will be used only to receive the donations securely.
