Support Solemn Pride's New Horse Adoption

Raising funds to adopt two horses to be trained to honor veterans by escorting them to their final duty stations. Solemn Pride, Inc. has honored over 700 veterans over the last decade.

The current mule team is being retired after 12 years of faithful service. Emmitt and Tater have earned retirement to a 300-acre equine facility with proper care.

GoFundMe funds will be used exclusively for adopting two new horses from the standardbred race track. Adoption costs are $7,500 for adoption fees and $1,500 for transportation fees.

Success of the fundraiser will depend on the continuation of providing caisson escorts for our veterans. The mission’s continuation of “transforming the sober emotions associated with life’s end into prideful memories” is dependent on meeting our goal.
