Support Soleil's Journey to Become a Lawyer

It's Soleil. I'm here because unfortunately I did not pass the California bar the first time around, and I need some help making it through this second try.

For those who know me, you know things have not always been the easiest financially and personally. However, I am not here to make excuses, but guarantee I will try my hardest. I am determined to pass the California bar this time around. That is why I am asking my village and the community for help.

I am currently behind on rent and other bills due to not working in order to participate in bar prep. I am working on obtaining employment to fill this gap, as this time around I will be working (hopefully) while studying for the bar. For the purposes of this GoFundMe, I am really seeking help in paying for the California bar registration ($1,003), AdaptiBar ($395), and bar essays ($225). Around $10,000-$15,000 would help me get caught up on everything I need to be caught up on, however, that is a large amount to ask of anyone even in fundraising, so at this time I am just requesting $3,500 in assistance.

A mother to a beautiful 9-year-old daughter, who is the brightest and sweetest. I have been working hard towards a brighter future for me and my little one, I just need a little bit of help to make it there.
