Stephen's and Summer's Social Latitude Fight for Justice
Donation protected
Hi everyone,
Many of you know and love Social Latitude, but you might not be aware of the battle they've been facing behind the scenes.
Social Latitude's landlords withheld $150,000. They originally agreed to reimburse Social Latitude for renovations made to the building according to the lease agreement (Tenant Improvement Money), but when the landlords sold the property, they allegedly reneging on their promise.
The legal battle has been grueling. Despite mountains of evidence, depositions, and mediation, the landlords resorted to alleged illegal activities in order to be victorious in court. This blatant fraud not only hurts Social Latitude, but it also threatens the trust and security of commercial tenants across South Carolina.
Here's what you can do:
• Donate to their cause

Social Latitude isn't giving up. They believe in justice, and they believe in Social Latitude's future. They're working with a local investment group to secure a new location with an exciting expansion plan for Social Latitude.
With your support, they can overcome this injustice and create an even better Social Latitude for the community.
Thank you for being a part of their journey.
Warmly,
The Social Latitude Team
P.S. We understand this might be a shock, so please know Social Latitude is not closing. They're just looking for a new space to thrive!
