Friends don't let friends fight cancer alone
Donation protected
Kelly and Rob Sobon are the proud parents of twin teenage sons. They love baseball, amusement parks, and their three dogs. They are also both fighting stage 4 cancer.
Kelly’s battle against myxofibrosarcoma started in June of 2022 with radiation & surgical resection in the fall of 2022, and a very recent left lung resection in July of 2023. Rob was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma cancer while Kelly was in the hospital recovering from the lung resection.
It's hard enough for most of us to imagine having one person in our family fighting cancer. Both parents fighting stage 4 cancer at the same time is unimaginable.

Kelly is one of the most amazing women I've ever met. Despite all of this, she gets up every morning and fights like fucking Rocky Balboa to keep cancer from devastating her family. She is present for her boys, whether it's traveling baseball tournaments or homecoming; she continues to be an amazing leader for her work family; she's there to support Rob in his medical treatments and health needs, she supports her friends in their personal journeys, and somehow she still finds the energy and mental fortitude to fight her own battle.

We can't take cancer away from the Sobon family. We can't physically fight this fight for them. But we can help to alleviate the financial pressures cancer causes so they can focus everything they've got on fighting like hell!
On December 15, 2023, I will "Brave the Shave" and shave my head to raise money for the Sobons (and be bald in solidarity with Kelly). We will broadcast the shaving event live on Facebook via the Facebook event here: https://fb.me/e/1BOUZya8w
Please help us support this beautiful family and donate today. All proceeds raised will go directly to support the Sobon family.
