Help Save Snoop – Our Rescue Dog Needs Life-Saving Surgery
When he came into our lives, we knew he had been through something… but we had no idea just how serious it was.
After a few vet visits and getting treatment for ehrlichia, Snoop was still finicky about his food, wouldn't gain weight, and got winded easily. X-rays finally revealed a diaphragmatic hernia, a hole in his diaphragm that’s possibly been there for months, worsening over time.
Snoop's organs are not where they should be. That means every breath he takes has been a struggle. And somehow, he keeps going.
He plays. He loves. He is bonded deeply with us and his brother, Dre.
Now we’re being told the only way to save him is a very risky surgery, costing $4,000–$6,000. The truth is—we can’t do this alone.
This dog has already survived so much. He deserves more than just surviving. He deserves a real life. Surgery is very risky but it is his only option to live a full life.
If you can help at all—whether it’s donating or simply sharing or praying—please know you are giving this boy a future.
We’re fighting for him, because he’s not just a dog. He’s our Snoop and he deserves to breathe and play.
Goal: $4,000 for life-saving surgery. I will post a quote from the surgeon as soon as I can get one. If you would prefer to donate directly to the vet, please message me. If we get more funds than needed, we will put it towards another animal in need.
Thank you for being part of his fight. ❤️
