My name is Josh and I am seeking help for my friends at Smith Chassis and Metalworks to help support them while their business and homes is shuttered, they will need funds to live and support their business. On November 4th, 2025 Louisville Kentucky was shattered when a UPS plane had a mechanical failure and crashed shortly after take off, Killing The Pilots and Several People on the Ground. The terrible events have led to destroyed lives and destroyed buildings, Thankfully the lives of my friends Brandon and Wyatt Smith at Smith Chassis & Metalworks were spared.

Their business is now shuttered, as well as their home, They have been forced to leave, with only the clothes on their backs.

UPS, The NTSB, Local Governments have not informed them of anything, only that their business will be closed for the indefinite future.

Recovery will be long, and They are scrambling to find a way to make ends meet in the trying times.

I decided to start this Gofundme because they are too humble to do it on their own, and I know they will need alot of support going forward to temporarily move their tools, and business if necessary. It takes alot of man power and funds to make this happen and I want to help them as much as I can.
