Support Smelly Nelly's Tumor Removal

Hello friends and family! It turns out Nelson will be having a pretty big surgery to remove a tumor this week. Normally, he would not ask for any assistance because he is a proud dog, but he agreed to letting me request any assistance that people can afford. We know it is the holidays, but we also know that Nelson (Big Unk, Smelly Nelly, Smelson Nelson) has touched a lot of lives over the years with his kind and gentle soul.
